Duties of a Thrown Weapons Marshal

The Thrown Weapons Marshal is the main safety officer who oversees SCA style thrown weapons activities.  In SCA thrown weapons practice and competitions, competitors throw various kinds of weapons at a target on a range. Weapons can include knives, axes, spears, and other kinds of medieval thrown implements.  The Thrown Weapons Marshal is responsible for making sure that everyone is being safe on the range.
