Unto the Barony of Loch Salann do We Raven and Sajah send warmest greetings.
As we write this we have seen our way through the the first month of 2021 and are looking forward to what February has in store.
We have word that there have been sightings of that devious demon decopode lurking about the barony. We call for aid from our brothers and sisters near and far, to defend our Barony. Keep your eyes peeled and help us hunt down the monster. Post your pictures of any sighting of that saline swilling salt swamp stakler and its brood that we may defend our lands from its deadly plans.
Come and join us at, virtual Defender’s Tournament on Saturday, 27 February 2021. Lord Virgil, and many others are working fervently to put together such amusements as a Backgammon tournament, a bardic competition, arts and Sciences Competition, themed classes, Heavy and Rapier themed tournaments to determine this years Defenders and more.
What an amazing trip this has been for all of us, this time last year we were thinking of alliances and travel to distant lands and celebrating the coronation of Damon and Veronic here we are holding fast as we press forward into what the new world and the new SCA has to offer.
We really hope that those that can will join us for Baronial forum on February 10th on zoom. We take care of Baronial business and spend a little time getting to know each other so it’s been a lot of fun.
There are several Officer positions opening up this year please check the “Help Wanted” section of the Questing Quill to see where your Barony needs you to serve or ask one of the Baronial Officers if they need a deputy. Many hands really do make light work.
We know that these are trying time in many ways for many people. We hope that you are safe and that you know you are loved. We hope to see everyone as soon as its safe.
