Greetings from Ælwynn and Amanda 13th Baron and 14th Baroness of Loch Salann,
We invite one and all to join us On December 8, 2018 as we celebrate many wonderful things:
- The 40th Birthday of the Barony of Loch Salann.
- The Elevation of Drayden Bowtel to the Order of Defense.
- Three years of our tenure and the investiture of Hogar and Bronwyn.
To honor you, our beloved Barony and honored guests, we, Ælwynn and Amanda, are reviving an ancient tradition and invite you to participate in the Grand Procession and presentation to you of Solstice gifts from the Baron and Baroness. As you arrive on site you will be given an index card. On that card please write your Name, Phonetic pronunciation, and your top two titles or awards. Group up as would please your heart – by household, by significant relationship, by guild, by yourself, etc.
At 10:00 (or as close to it as pleases their Royal Majesties) The Procession will begin. After the Royalty and Nobility are seated, the Exalted Herald of the Court will announce the Grand Procession. Gather your group, bring your card to the Heralds of the Procession. They will announce you and the Musicians Guild of Loch Salann will perform music as you process into court. Gifts will be given by the Baron and Baroness to all who process.
Once all who wish to participate in the Grand Procession have been presented in court the Exalted Herald of the Court will Open the Court of Their Majesties.
