With the passing of a year and the coming of another, I a reminded of how blessed We are to serve the Barony and share with one and all the joy it is to be of the Loch! Come join us this month of January with the many opportunities to revel and share your knowledge! Now, after Solstice we cheer the coming longer days and look forward to spending time with you!
Speaking of Solstice, we celebrated our first year with you as Baron and Baroness and we had quite an amazing time at Solstice Court. Thanks again to all who helped make it a reality. You are the wind beneath our wings, making The Dream possible! While our tenure is on my mind, we have been approached by Their Majesties regarding extending our tenure for one more year. More details on this polling as time approaches. We look forward to your honest and sincere response!
With the coming of January, we see many opportunities to share the Dream with our cousins in the Kingdom: on the 14th we are excited to attend 12th night at the Barony of Gryphon’s Lair to see our beloved cousins, Baron and Baroness Asgierr & Allesandria. Later in January, on the 21st we have are hosting a revel for all newcomers and awardees in the Barony. Please join us at Southbridge Manor to celebrate with these fine members of the Loch! Also on the 21st, for any who are not already engaged at our Newcomers/ Awardees revel, please consider supporting the Barony of 1000 Eyes at their event, Silk Road. Finally, on the 28th, we will be on our way to the Barony of Arn Hold for the Masked Ball.
With February on the Horizon, Their Majesties are en route to Atenvelt for the Estrella War and we wholeheartedly encourage you to join them, if you are able! Word has it there will be a special event for His Excellency Dunkr, so please share with him and the Kingdom this austere event! We are currently looking for officers of Deputy Youth Minister, Deputy Youth minister for Youth Combat, List Minister, and many offices seek deputies to help in the general operation of the Barony. Also, please consider serving as an Autocrat/ Event Steward for upcoming events, year-round.
